These early weeks and months are full of change — joy, exhaustion, learning, and adjustment. mainly babies offers a calm, supportive environment where babies can be nurtured and adults can connect, rest, and feel less alone.
Whether this is your first baby or not, you are warmly welcome just as you are.
What happens at mainly babies?
Each session includes a short, structured time with interactive songs, rhymes, and sensory music-inspired activities designed to support early development and bonding.
The session then opens into relaxed, unstructured time where babies can explore safely and adults can talk, share, and enjoy time together. Refreshments are shared, and there is space for conversation, questions, and connection.
What to expect where you come
• A warm welcome from the mainly babies team
• Gentle songs, rhymes, and age-appropriate activities
• Space to engage at your own pace — feeding, settling, and changing are all part of the session
• Time to relax, talk, and connect with others
• A calm, inclusive environment with no pressure or expectations
There’s nothing to prepare. If baby is very little, bring their favourite blanket to lie on — come and enjoy time together.

You don’t need to attend church or have any previous connection to join. mainly babies is open to all families who want a safe, caring space to spend time together.
